Completed Renovations

Here are a few pictures from some renovations that I have completed in the past.

Renovation 1

Added decks all the way around, cement rendered exterior and a fence gets rid of the 70’s look provides privacy and better use of outdoor areas. The drive way was stamped with new garage door.  A garden in front of the new Hebel wall finished the new look.

To utilise space I completely gutted and removed the laundry wall to extend the kitchen.  Replaced door with double French doors leading from kitchen onto the entertainment deck both at the back and the side of the house.  The laundry is cleverly concealed behind bi-fold doors.

Renovation 2

Enclosed the carport to make a garage, cement rendered, a large deck at the front and the back giving the owners a 2 areas to relax and follow the sun.  French doors were used that lead from the bedrooms to the deck.  A Japanese garden gave a special look to the property with virtually no maintenance.

The owners were thrilled with the completed renovation of the property.  The kitchen was opened up with clever space saving design which include a new pantry, Ceaser stone bench tops, glass splash back and new appliances.  An aluminium window was removed and a bi-fold window was added further adding the illusion of space.
